Why do we process personal data?
Your personal data will be processed by Boxing-Team The Legends for the following purposes and legal grounds:

For the above purposes, we may request and store, collect or process the following personal data from you

National Insurance number;
Personal characteristics: gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality.

taking care of the internet environment (web hosting).
providing IT infrastructure (including IT network,…).

We take photos and films on various occasions. Our employees do this ourselves or we use professionals for this. We use these photos and films for promotional purposes, so to make our operation more known. This means that the material can be published on our website and via social media. You can always object to this, as follows: for photo and visual material you can contact the organizer or the photographer at the moment and make it known that you do not want to be filmed or photographed. If a photo or film is published in which you are recognizable in the picture and you want to cancel this publication, it is sufficient to contact us. We may request additional information for this to determine whether the question is legitimate.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us immediately. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Commission, this is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
